Mr. Yamen L. Aussi is the shop's Foreman and Chief Operating Officer. Yamen's extensive industry experience includes a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, multiple ASE certifications from motor Industry and more than 10 years in the hands‐on repair of all types of vehicles with specialization in BMW repair at the BMW dealership in San Antonio, Texas. Yamen's experience further includes 7 years of hands-on repair of a variety of European and U.S made vehicles while fully employed at CarMax in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. B. Alexander Aussi, BSN, RN, MBA is the Chief Management Officer. Alexander has more than 24 years of progressive experience in new business development, business planning, operational management, and accounting support services. Alexander plays an active role in the operational, financial and marketing management of the business.
